Does Aizulo take a cut of my sales? +

Never. Aizulo charges 0% transaction fees on all plans. PayPal's standard rate (2.9% + $0.30) still applies as their fee — that goes directly to PayPal, not us.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime? +

Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. No contracts, no cancellation fees.

Does the annual discount apply to Starter? +

The 15% annual discount applies to Pro and Business plans only. The Starter plan has a fixed monthly price of $3.99 with no annual billing option.

Can I use my own domain name? +

Yes — on Pro and Business plans you can connect your own custom domain (e.g. www.yourshop.com). On Starter, your store URL will be aizulo.com/yourstore.

What happens to my store if I cancel? +

If you cancel, your account moves to Starter. Your store stays online — you just lose access to Pro/Business features. Your data is never deleted.
