Summary: By using Aizulo, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, don't use our platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Aizulo.com ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("User", "Seller", "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. User Accounts
2.1 Account Creation
To use Aizulo as a seller, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
2.2 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
2.3 Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to create a seller account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
- One person may only maintain one seller account
- Accounts are non-transferable
- We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our discretion
3. Stores & Products
3.1 Store Creation
Upon registration, sellers receive one online store hosted at aizulo.com/[storename]. The store URL slug you choose must be unique and must not infringe on any trademarks or existing brand names.
3.2 Product Listings
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, availability, and images. You agree that all products listed on your store:
- Are legally available for sale in your jurisdiction
- Do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
- Are accurately described with no misleading information
- Do not fall under our prohibited items list (see Section 5)
3.3 Product Limits by Plan

4. Payments & Fees
4.1 Platform Fees
Aizulo charges a monthly subscription fee based on your selected plan. All fees are listed on our Pricing page. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
4.2 Transaction Fees
Aizulo charges zero (0%) transaction fees on any sales made through your store. PayPal's standard processing fees apply and are governed by PayPal's own terms of service.
4.3 PayPal Integration
All payments to sellers are processed through PayPal. By connecting a PayPal account to your Aizulo store, you agree to PayPal's User Agreement. Aizulo is not responsible for any issues arising from PayPal's services.
4.4 Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Sellers are responsible for setting and honoring their own refund policies for customer purchases.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use Aizulo to sell or promote:
- Illegal goods or services in any jurisdiction
- Counterfeit, pirated, or unauthorized goods
- Weapons, firearms, or dangerous materials
- Adult content or services
- Drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia
- Fraudulent or deceptive products or services
- Products that infringe on intellectual property rights
- Hate-related or violent content
Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Aizulo's IP
The Aizulo platform, including its design, logos, code, and content, is the exclusive property of Aizulo.com. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without explicit written permission.
6.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to your store (product images, descriptions, etc.). By uploading content, you grant Aizulo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings.
Upon termination:
- Your store will be taken offline
- Your subscription will not be refunded for unused periods
- You may export your data within 30 days of termination
- After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aizulo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Aizulo's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Aizulo in the three months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer: The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
